Replacement glass

You would like individual replacement glass for your light fixture?

No problem! 

Please send us an email with the light fixture's item number (5- or 6-digit number, found on the type plate of the light fixture) via the contact form and we will check for you whether the spare part is available and tell you your purchase price.

If you would like to order an item, please provide us with the quantity, your address, and your desired payment method (advance payment/bank transfer or PayPal). Once payment is received, we will ship the goods immediately.

Note: The installation of technical components should always be carried out at our factory (gladly upon request). We assume no liability for work carried out independently. The guarantee and warranty of the item also expire if the installation is carried out independently. We are also not allowed to provide information or assistance for work carried out independently. The shipment of complex electronic individual components, such as highly specialized LED boards, is generally not possible. We cannot accept electronic components that have been installed outside our factory at your own risk.

 

 Repair Service

If you are interested in a repair, please let us know via the contact form.

 For the inspection, technical analysis, and diagnosis, we must charge a flat fee of €49.00 as an advance payment. 

We first need the light fixture's item number to ensure general spare part availability (remote diagnoses are not possible).
If a repair is promising, please send us your address for the repair slip. This must then be enclosed with the shipment.

After examining your light fixture, we will create a cost estimate, against which the previously paid €49.00 will, of course, be credited.
Should a repair not be possible or not desired, we would like to point out that the previously paid €49.00 will not be refunded.

In the event of a warranty claim (LED board defect, see warranty conditions), the repair will be carried out free of charge and the flat fee will be refunded (receipt required).

Please package the light fixture sufficiently and protect the edges well in particular.

Only with a repair by our experts is a safe continued operation of our products guaranteed.

Our modular system is based on three different Mix & Match concepts: Mix & Match 1, Mix & Match 2, and Mix & Match 3. Each concept consists of matching lights and frames that can be flexibly combined with each other.

Please note that the components are only compatible within their respective series. This means: Lights and frames from Mix & Match 1 can only be combined with components from Mix & Match 1. The same applies to Mix & Match 2 and Mix & Match 3.

Within each series, various frames and lights are available, allowing you to design your individual lighting solution exactly to your specifications.

The bayonet catch enables a simple and secure connection between the luminaire and the frame. The luminaire is first simply pushed on and then lightly rotated clockwise until it audibly clicks into place. The integrated magnetic function provides additional hold, further stabilizing the connection and ensuring a secure fit.

Shipping costs are displayed transparently in the checkout and depend on the delivery country and order size. You can view all applicable shipping costs before completing your order.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service with your order number and—if possible—photos of the defect. We will review the case as quickly as possible and arrange for a suitable solution.

Should your package not arrive, please contact our customer service. We will check the shipping status using the tracking information and promptly find a solution. If necessary, we will, of course, send you a replacement item. However, thanks to tracking, shipping problems are very rare.

Yes, items can be returned within the statutory withdrawal period. Please note that the goods should be returned undamaged and, if possible, in their original packaging. Further information can be found in our return policy.
